Prior to my retirement from SBC, I was Vice President - Network Operations for SBC. Over my career, I was responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. This passion of providing excellent customer service is carried forward into all my current business ventures.
I earned my mechanical engineering degree in 1972 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, I've engaged in graduate studies at Southern Methodist University as well as Duke University’s Advanced Management Program for Executives.
I was privileged to give the keynote address at the University of Texas at Arlington’s School of Engineering in May, 2005.
In addition to my numerous business ventures, I'm actively involved with various ministries at my church, to include teaching Bible study, president of the United Methodist Men, and serving as a certified lay speaker.
Lastly, while I'm generally available anywhere in the greater Dallas area, my wife and I live in the heart of Collin County (in west Plano, Texas). The easiest way to reach me is 214-534-6830. |
